Custom PDU Infrastructure for AI Server Manufacturing
Digital Technologies delivered a custom-engineered power distribution solution to support the infrastructure required for AI server manufacturing and testing environments. The project focused on the development and supply of 63-ampere Power Distribution Units (PDUs) specifically designed to meet the client’s operational requirements.
Working in close collaboration with our global manufacturing partner, we engineered and delivered a custom-built PDU solution exclusively designed for the client, ensuring reliable power distribution for high-performance AI server production and validation processes.
Background and Objective
The client required a reliable and scalable power distribution infrastructure to support the manufacturing and testing of AI server systems. Standard off-the-shelf PDUs available on the market could not fully meet the specific electrical and operational requirements of the testing environment.
To ensure stable power delivery during server production and validation, the client needed a customized 63A power distribution solution tailored to their infrastructure.
The objective was to design and deliver specialized PDUs optimized for AI server manufacturing workflows, ensuring compatibility with the client’s testing infrastructure while maintaining reliability and operational efficiency.
Scope & Deliverables
Digital Technologies coordinated the engineering, specification, and procurement of custom 63A Power Distribution Units through collaboration with a global manufacturing partner.
